My advice to dads and all entrepreneurs...Always be Family Focused. While we can say that Balance is the key...its not always easy to achieve. Here a few tips I give to my clients... 1) Set proper expectations...now Keep Your Promises 2) It must be "Effective" communication with your spouse/fam...not just talk. 3) Yes...technology is cool...TURN IT OFF for a while...It wont kill you! 4) Its about Purpose...more than Profits 5) Saying "No" is one of the most Freeing things you can do...try it.
