FamilyDads was launched in 2008 by Joey and Judy Watkins. A father of 4 children himself, Joey has a strong passion to help fathers of all ages discover their "father power."

Prior to launching FamilyDads, Joey served alongside well-known author/speaker Os Hillman for 4 years as the Operations Manager and Marketing Director of Marketplace Leaders Ministries in Atlanta GA.

It was during this time that Joey came to a deep realization of his own incredible "father power" and turned his heart toward his children at a deeper level than he ever had previously.

The mission of FamilyDads is to enhance the family by restoring the role of fatherhood in the family. In tandem with that is Judy ’s desire to encourage wives in supporting their husbands as family leaders.

FamilyDads has a 3-part mission:

1. To help fathers discover the power of their relationship with their sons and daughters and the tremendous influence they have in their children’s lives and destinies.

2. To turn the hearts of fathers to their children.

3. To equip fathers to successfully lead their immediate family during the "child-raising years" as well as have long-lasting impact into future generations of their family.
